From strategy through implementation, bringing a holistic approach to storytelling by developing integrated design strategies that leverage technology as a storytelling tool. Along with an extensive technical design background, I have over 20 years of experience directing and designing projects of varying scope and complexity ranging from branded environments to the design and master planning of wayfinding and placemaking systems and even producing and directing 3D and live-action films. It is this diverse background in production, project management and design and delivery across all channels that has given me a unique perspective and an unmatched ability to get teams through complex multi-phase projects and even get my hands dirty doing it.
Design Approach
I place an emphasis on story and strategic planning, meaning each project begins with a discovery phase consisting of dialog, meticulous research, and more dialog, first to understand the project particulars, and second, to facilitate the development of our preliminary design strategy. Only then are we ready for concept development, where we begin to craft your concept or story, followed by additional phases of ideation and further design refinement. The results are unique design solutions that help brands extend their voice into the built world.
